Deposits | Cancellations | Rescheduling | Late Fee | No Shows Your appointment is very important and reserved especially for you. I kindly advise you to review my policies as follows: Deposits: A 25% deposit is required for all new clients and for appointments over $50. Deposits are non-refundable but can roll over to future appointments. Roll-over deposits will be held for 3 weeks until they are forfeited. Cancellations: You may cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Same day cancellations will be billed 100% of their total service. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please make sure to reschedule 24 hours prior to your appointment. Rescheduling to another day within the 24 hour policy is considered a cancellation. Late Fee: We have a strict 5 minute grace period. If you are after 5 minutes late you will be considered a no-show and billed 100% of your service(s). No-Shows: No-shows, no-calls are responsible for the full cost of their reservation. *Gratuities are not included but appreciated at your discretion*
